Steve Lewis

CEO and Board Member

Mr. Lewis is an accomplished IT leader with three decades of experience helping build industry leading technology-intensive companies. As CEO, Steve oversees Dataprise’s strategic vision while driving growth and establishing Dataprise as the leading partner of choice for mid-market strategic buyers of IT.

For the past decade, Steve has been working with IT Solution Providers and leading IT technology vendors, tools providers and distributors to help them achieve improved revenue and operational performance, and on issues of corporate and technology strategy. He also has been an advisor on numerous M&A transactions in the Solution Provider ecosystem.

Steve has founded and built three, category-defining, sector leading companies. He was the Founder and CEO of Teneros (acquired by Ongoing Operations), where he created the category of Application Continuity Appliances for ending email downtime. Prior to Teneros, he was the CEO of All Covered (acquired by Konica Minolta) that, under his leadership, grew from a single office to the largest outsourced IT provider to US Small Business. Prior to All Covered, he co-founded Pharmanex (acquired by NuSkin), today the world’s leading phyto-pharmaceutical company. He co-founded one of the first venture firms focused on building new enterprises in China, Generation Ventures. He was also a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, focused on operational strategy development for technology-intensive Global 1000 Enterprises.

Steve has BA Economics, MS Industrial Engineering, and MBA degrees from Stanford University.
