Serving as the friendly point person for each Dataprise customer, our Account Managers (AMs) are always available and accessible to ensure that all of your needs are met. They act as your liasion to all available Dataprise resources, and assist with logistics, opportunities and new services, billing, and customer satisfaction.
Service Delivery Manager
When your organization partners with Dataprise, you receive a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) who ensures you receive the necessary resources to get the job done right. SDMs are highly knowledgeable about their clients’ business and specific technical needs, and can also provide recommendations for improvement based on strategic objectives, regulatory compliance requirements, and best practices for IT management.
