"We have an important client we have been supporting for years, inclusive of customer helpdesk on the system we manage. Nearly 5 years ago, the helpdesk voice mail box was established using Koniag’s recently transitioned telephony switch and voicemail. For a variety of reasons, and no fault of Dataprise, this got missed during our recent transition, and we became acutely aware when our client advised us their customers were getting a ‘number not in service’ response when dialing. Starting very early in the morning, we reached out to Dataprise to see what could be done. AJ immediately replicated the old functionality in the new Skype environment, and within a matter of hours we were back up and running using the pre-existing number. I had an opportunity work directly with AJ previously during our skype telephony pilot when he came out to our Baltimore office. I have been continuously impressed by his depth of knowledge in this space, and now as well with his responsiveness to our emergency. This is simply to pass along my gratitude in the hopes he may be recognized accordingly."
